Necar Zadegan is an German actor who was born on the 20th of July 1982. She was born in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship, and then later gained American status. Necar gained fame for her performance after winning the part of the The First Lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 TV action-movie. Necar, though not very popular as a result of it, is a professional model. Education and Childhood Although Necar, was born in Germany to parents of Iranian and Iranian descent, her parents have Iranian roots. Necar also has Iranian roots. Then she appeared in one episode in a variety of different TV series in 2006 she was a part of Nip/Tuck and then in NCIS The Unit How I Met Your Mother and Big Shots in 2007. In 2007 Kerime was her first movie part. Another time, 2008's short film Mira played her. She appeared in a single episode of both Lost as well as The Shield TV series in 2008. Then she played Caroline for two more episodes in The Floored and Lifted TV series in 2009.
