Suzanne Pleshette was an American voice actor and actress. Through her career that lasted for nearly five decades she had earned hundreds of credits on her resume. Pleshette was born in New York and began her acting journey on stage. In later years she began to make the gradual transition to film. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds', 'Fate is the Hunter', If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium The Birds,' and Support Your Local Gunfighter. The actress also had various roles on TV shows and television movies. The actress won the award of four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Having been nominated twice, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for the film 'The Birds'. The death of Pleshette in 2008 was the cause of a posthumous award of a Star along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
